Shows venue capacities, maximum attendance reached during the last sessions and current attendance (from synced devices)
Live Registration Numbers
Events > Select the event
Shows Track Capacities, Confirmed Attendees, Waiting List numbers, Attendees with Bound wristbands
Live Session / Venue Numbers
Events > Select the event > Select the track
Shows a list of sessions and venues with Max Count and Current Live Count (from synced devices)
Information about any attendee
Administrators with permissions can access attendee information:
People > Children
Per family or group information
Including pickup pin and children in the group with registration information and confirmed bookings
People > Families
Emergency & Important Information about a Young Person
When logged in to the app or by clicking the barcode in the web portal
Choose a track or session
Select the Info tab
Scan the barcode on a young person's wristband
