An Administrator can assign permissions to users
| Permissions Level | Access |
| Administrator | Full access including delegating permissions and deleting data. Creates and configures events. |
| Coordinator | Has access to an event, it's attendees across tracks and the event settings. Can move children between groups. Does not have access to global settings. |
| Leader | Leaders have full access to the information of children registered for the track they lead. |
| Client | Not used |
| Sentry | A sentry is able to scan children in and out venues as well a view medical data. |
| Steward | Has access to attendance numbers but no personal data |
| Preregistration | Allows the user (parent or guardian) to register during the pre-registration period (If enabled in the event settings) |
| Delegate | Automatically applied to users (parents or guardians) when a ticket is applied (if ticketing is in use) |
