The Popns app will store scans in a local database if:
- The app is open and logged out (but has previously been logged in)
- The app is open and has no live internet connection
When the app re-connects to the server (either it is logged in or the internet connection is restored) it will sync the scans to the server
The status of each tablet is shown in Insights > Devices
