View a list of young people in a venue

As a leader with the correct permissions, you can view a list of young people scanned into a venue to aid with managing a group.

Click the cog to enter the admin portal

Select the event

Select the relevant Track

Select the active Session

A list of scanned children is displayed.  The list can be ordered or filtered by whether the young person is present (last scan was a scan in) or has been scanned out.  The list can also be filtered by Name, Gender and Special Needs category.
